Y-Axis - UK JOBSEEKER visa

I want to file a complaint against Y-Axis, a company that provides visa and immigration services. Y-Axis misrepresented their services and failed to deliver on their promises.

I paid Y-Axis INR **,*** for their UK Jobseeker Visa services. Y-Axis representatives me that they would actively market his profile to employers in the UK and that he would receive a minimum of five interview calls from employers willing to offer visa sponsorship.

However, despite three months having passed, I did not received a single interview call. When I contacted Y-Axis for updates, he was given vague and evasive responses. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of results and value that was offered by Y-Axis's services.

I believe that Y-Axis is engaging in unfair practices and misrepresentation. I am requesting to take action against Y-Axis and to hold them accountable for their actions.
