Y-Axis - Fooled using the free job portal

My concerns are below,

The sale counsellor not informed about the free job portal assistance
Ms. Krupavathi has not supported me with the issues
Your team just works to give data to the management
They don't care about the customers requirement
**% of the jobs applied through the free job portal (Which is doable on my own)
Kindly check the call recordings (_A person approached stating as manager and informed me that my concerns cannot be taken)
Ms. Krupavathi and her team lead was not able to answer my questions
*. Why was the free job portal assistance not explained at the time of enrollment?
*. Why have they pitched job opportunities to the UK comparatively to UAE when i approached the sale counselor with the interest of UAE?
*. Even after changing from Uk to UAE process, why were mails sent pointing to the UK?
*. Why did Ms. Krupavathi not reply to the questions raised from my end?
*. When I ask for the refund or extended assistance, why did they point out that the agreement signed mentioned no refund policy?
*. Why was the refund policy not informed at the time of enrollment?
*. Why **% focused on the free job portals?
*. Did you compare my resume with the UK/UAE created resume?
*. Did you verify the interviews which I have attended? The interviewer doesn't allow access to the voice and chat. They just want us to listen to the basic story and wind up the meeting.
**. On what basis the attended interviews are confirmed as genuine?
**. Did the email from the free job portals be verified before the interview schedules?
**. Why did a person contact me stating as a manager with an unethical approach?
**. Why was Ms. Krupavathi or her team lead does not respond to me back?
**. Why did they disappear after the conference call?
**. Does the conference call with Ms. Krupavathi and her team lead was verified by the quality team?

This is completely a scam. They just collected **k from me and provided free job portals assistance which I can do on my own.

Your team doesn't want to serve the customer. They just want to give updates to the management showcasing that they are working.

I want my money back. I haven't used even a single service and there was no support from your end.

When I requested the refund or extended support an upfront answer is we can't support you further.


Kindly prove what was the support given from your end? How many verified interviews were assigned from your end? And Who conducted those interviews?

If you provide me the above information, well and good nor please process my refund which you have grabbed with hidden information.
