Ufaber Edutech Private Limited - Ufaber is a Fraudulent company Fools customers and employees

I was wrongfully terminated by Ufaber on **th April. When asked proofs related to the termination, they had none. I accepted the termination as who wants to work with a company who doesn’t know how to treat their employees and moreover they were constantly delaying our monthly payments which is supposed to be credited between **-**th of every month according to their Contract but we would receive them delayed between **th-**th of every month.
Since then ** emails have been shared between me and Ufaber requesting them to release my March and April remuneration which amounts to INR **,***. Their customer support at first told me that they have the right to not pay me giving reasons for the termination to which I threatened them to release documents of my previous students who were cheated by Ufaber in the pretense of making profit. They then changed their stance that they have approved my earnings/remuneration and it will soon be credited. Its **th June today and all they reply to my email is it is in process and they will provide me a UTR once the amount is released from their end. It’s been *months ** days and I have not received any amount from them. The mental harassment caused by them has been immense and I’d like to sue them officially.
