I enrolled with IELTS Ninja after moving to Canada, impressed by their prompt response and demo with a great trainer. However, after paying, I found out the trainer I wanted was unavailable, and very few trainers could accommodate my schedule.
Attitude of sales team is different before and after payment.
Mentors refuse to start with my weakest area and insists on a robotic approach to teaching. Classes are often canceled last minute, and sensitive information is communicated unprofessionally via WhatsApp. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
They are not responding to my refund request, even the top management, Rohit and Sameer are not responding to complaints.
I was scammed
