Ufaber Edutech Private Limited - Salary Earnings not paid for a year

I had been working as an Online Free lance English trainer in Ufaber Edutech Pvt Ltd for more than a *.* years but my earnings as Free lance trainer has been held for more than ** months. Not only me but more than *** + trainers who were working in this company for their various products. Not only did we pay for the training amounting upto **,*** Rs but later we were not paid for months together. There are trainers who have their earnings held up for more than a year amounting to more than ***** Rs.
Numerous emails, chats, phone calls to help desk, middle management like Development coach, heads of the company have gone in vain as they do not respond.
Initially first * months of my earnings was regularly paid , later had to plead, write numerous mails and I received next * months salary, later on ** months of my earnings were not paid at all.
The students who have paid a hefty amount of fees for various courses are without trainers from past * months as trainers are not willing to conduct classes due to non payment of their earnings.

The contract agreement is carefully drafted in a way where the clauses favors the company. Lawyer fees and Arbitration fees are expensive .

Trainers are not only across India but out side India too. The jurisdiction is at Mumbai.
Many of the trainers who are home makers and who have taken career break and some who thought this platform would be additional source of income are left distressed, without any income. Few were fully dependent on this Ufaber for their livelihood.
