Ufaber Edutech Private Limited - Ufaber Edutech Private Limited Asking refund due to not deliverable packages and dissatisfaction

I'm writing to let you know about a recent encounter I had with Ufaber Education Pvt. Ltd. and discovered how they mislead people in such difficult circumstances.
I'm Aiteshyammuddin Kazi, and when I first contacted Deepti Goyal and Raghaav Mohta about their IELTS Ninja+ Immigration services, they committed to providing information about scholarships with references, offer letters from desired universities that included scholarship information, the assurance that one could obtain a visa within one's budget with the aid of scholarships, and other excellent support services.
However I did pay **,*** INR on January **, ****, and the rest to be pay through EMIs (**** per EMI) through Fibe. Total package value is **,***. Two EMI (**** per EMI) I paid through fibe too. They failed to act as they had promised after moving there. I was also researching their services and consumer feedback at the same time. I discovered they are frauds who deceive customers into believing they will receive the services they promise. On or about *rd March ****, I asked for a revocation and a refund.
Their manager Armesh Farid told that they don't have refund policy. As per their policy they can give partial incase they have not resolved the problem within ** days. They did not respond well, the same time i dropped mail to the respective email contact@ufaber.com (Shipra Choudhary). Shipra said some different clauses which is outside of thier policy.
After getting tired from this, i mailed to Raghaav Mohta regards with my concern but nothing happens. He did not bother to reply since It was quite surprising for me, since I am writing an email to them regards a refund no one listens to me.
I have replied and asked’ When I have not availed any services so far why should I pay? i asked them to stop direct debit also but no replied.
Kindly help me regards let me know what should I do?
