I have ordered a Lenovo Refurbished laptop from udan in Dec-**. There is no manufacturing warranty. The seller provided * year warranty. Now that the laptop is not functioning properly not getting charged. I created a return request and they rejected saying that I have exceeded the return requests and their system is showing only reject option
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
