Dear sir, we were booked one shipment from mumbai to chennai worth Rs.***** through udaan xpress. the weight was **kgs but they charged ****Rs but normally the charges will come about ***Rs. i was escalated through the given mail id regarding.and i got the reply that concern team will be contact me to resolve. but it happened a week and again i raised a mail and i got lethargic reply.due to price increased the rates are high. and while i contacted the local guy they said they return back the shipment to the origin and i need to pay ***+**** and once again they sent me back and i have to pay for that too. no body has informed and sinply returned the goods. the shipment booked on **nd of october and today is *th of november. its a big scam company. kindly help to resolve it.
