Respected sir madam I have borrowed the money from udaan for my business, and keep repaying to them as there terms, then suddenly due to covid pandemic my business was not running so got delayed in payment, so there representative keep visiting to my office and requesting me to close this loan, one day he came with the offer which I asked me to settlement of ***** and your loan will be closed, because I was saving around ***** so I agreed and made the payment, it's almost * months and above over I have not got the closing letter and now I am receiving the email to pay the balance amount, I called that representative and shouted him what is this and why I am getting this email he is saying sir please ignore it I will get you the closing letter, I am not satisfied with his response so I like to make this complaint please do the needful ok thanks my
