Hero Bike - Damaging bike parts during service

I went to SANVI HERO Dehradun for first service of my splendor plus. They damaged visor of my bike and tail pannel's lamination . When I asked them how did it happened they started giving useless excuses and their behaviour was very bad and they dod not helped me out. As it was first service of my bike, labour charges should not be taken but labour charges were charged.
Very bad experience from the staff.
I am very disappointed.
