I recently made a purchase on Zomato, and during the payment process, the system prompted me to enter an OTP. After submitting the OTP, the page unexpectedly refreshed and asked for another OTP. Believing there might have been an issue with the first OTP, I entered it again. Eventually, I received a confirmation message stating that my order had been placed, and I was redirected away from the payment page.
Subsequently, I received the order from Zomato. However, about ** minutes later, another delivery person arrived with a parcel. He gave me the package and left. Upon opening it, I realized it was the same order I had placed earlier. I checked my mobile and noticed that two orders had been placed without my knowledge.
I immediately reached out to your support team for assistance, but they insisted that the issue was my fault and were unable to provide any help. Nonetheless, I firmly believe that this problem is related to your app and not a mistake on my part.
As a loyal customer, a Zomato Pro member, and even a shareholder, this experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly, as I am prepared to take matters into my own hands if necessary. I hope we can resolve this issue amicably, as this incident has tarnished my otherwise positive impression of your service.

At exactly the same time explain how it is possible.
I asked them to explain how it's possible to place * order via one payment flow at same time. I have not accepted the Zomato order someone came and just gave parcel and left. It's bug in the system and QA error you should always warn be before placing the order twice. It's completely cheating.
