I got my TV repaired from Urban Company * months ago, since after * weeks of repair I have been facing the ame issue I contacted them for. I have been reaching out to them to get it fixed, but they are unable to do so. The TV works for a while then stops, their technicians when come, only wait for ** minutes when the tv works and then leaves stating they cannot do anything if it is working when they come. I have sent videos to technician Amar Singh regarding TV not working but all I get is their incompetency and rudeness. Sony motherboard was replaced with a local one. I have been ontacting their support, all they ask is to wait for a call from superior and no one calls back. At this point of time all i need is either the TV fixed or my **** back.
