I am writing to you as I didn’t got any help from Urban customer support team .so I am reaching out to you & looking forward for a solution. I have taken a plus member ship due to this trust that the company provides best service & is customer oriented but after this experience really I am very disappointed & irritated .
Sir I have shared all the details & conversations.
I hope you will help me out.
I did a booking for * Ac servicing out of which post service my Haier Ac stopped cooling & started making noise as my Ac service was covered under UC warranty so I requested for revisit. The Ac was working perfectly before the servicing perfect cooling & no noise issue. same person who visited first time for Ac servicing revisited to check the issue & was not interested to check why our Ac was not cooling or making noise as he was irritated that he had to travel all the way for * hrs .He hardly checked the Ac with in * mins he left saying everything was perfect. Still the problem not sorted I requested for a revisit the Urban customer service team claimed they have sent a sr technician again the person came asked what issue we are facing . We informed him all the issues he turned the Ac on didn’t stayed for long & again same reply everything is perfect & left . The issue still not sorted Ac not cooling, making noise. I messaged customer service had long conversations on msgs & calls. They told me they can’t send anyone again as they don’t have any sr technician available.they told me they are refunding my money as they can’t provide a visit so I informed them I am still facing issue with my Ac & my Ac was perfect before servicing but post service Ac stopped working. They told me to raise a new request for Ac repair & closed the ongoing chat. I told them I will book the Ac repair from there company only & if there is any issue they will get it repaired & I won’t pay for it.I booked a new request for Ac repair from urban company now there person visit spends good ** to ** mins check complete Ac outdoor & indoor which was not done at the time of revisit by * technicians . This technician tells me there are multiple issue with my Ac gas is leaking, Ac valves need to be change, coil also needs repairing & he mentioned overall expenditure of **k. I called customer team they told me that as I have booked a new request for Ac repair. I need to pay all these charges for my Ac repair. Even after mentioning that my Ac has been damaged by there technician as it was working perfectly before the service & while my Ac was under the UC warranty none of there technician who revisited mention about all the above issues with Ac they all mentioned it was completely fine while I was the only one saying my Ac is not working there is issue with cooling & noise . But as soon this complaint was closed & a new booking was done there technician visit & makes a list of issues with good billing amount they tell me it’s not there fault. I asked them to cover this cost as it’s there fault but this complete situation was played in such a way that they put everything on the me.
Is this how a customer should be treated that a customer is getting fooled & harassed by there team in such way there is no one to listen to customer & sort out the issues .
