Urban company Delhi - they just blocked partner

they just blocked the partner, without knowing their concern, and I have been blocked since ** Sept. No one has listened to anything. There is no option to call the company. They just used their partner and threw them like they were nothing, every time I raised any complaint they didn't solve any problem, and every time they repeated the same line like a robot. Now, I am very distressed about this company and hopeless
