I purchased one TV on **-**-**** from Flipkart App. The brand of the TV is "Marq by Flipkart". The warranty period is one year which is mentioned in the invoice also. On **-**-**** I have raised a complaint with the brand customer care about non working of TV. After that they have sent their technician to check and after checking the technician told us that they will replace the MOTHERBOARD of TV as it is in warranty period and they have taken the faulty motherboard with them. After few days when we have not received the replacement then we contacted their customer service and they said please wait for next **Hrs and you will get the replacement and since then we are only getting this ** hours waiting period time every time when we ask for the replacement status. Still we have not received any replacement of faulty TV. Please help
