Marq By Flipkart - AC not Repaired or Replaced Under Warranty

We lodged a complaint on **th September regarding our air conditioner, which was not cooling at all. A technician visited the very next day and informed us that the PCB was faulty and needed to be replaced. A few days later, two technicians came to replace it, but then said that the motor was faulty and also needed replacement. After that, no one came to fix the issue. When I called customer care again, they said the case was closed. I had to lodge another complaint. Today, the first technician who had visited earlier came again and said that the PCB needs to be changed once more and that there is no gas in the unit, but they are still unsure about the motor. I therefore urge you to replace the air conditioner, as so many days have passed without any proper resolution. The technicians seem to be completely unknowledgeable. After all these we are repeatedly getting calls from Flipkart which are useless and till now no resolution has been provided.
