Kodak Led Tv - Tv display not working

It’s been more than * month since I have raised the complaint. However no one is interested to respond. They keep asking to collect videos and does nothing. Their technicians once came and just reset the tv which didn’t fix the problem. And now neither him nor the Kodak company is giving any response.
