I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding my LED TV repair and replacement process. The details are as follows:
Complaint Registered: **th September
Technician Visit: **th September
Replacement Approval: **th October
Since the approval date, I have been following up repeatedly (over *** times) with your team, but the replacement has still not been completed. This prolonged delay is causing significant inconvenience and reflects poorly on the service standards expected from Kodak TV.
I kindly request immediate action to ensure the replacement is processed without any further delay. Please provide me with a clear timeline for resolution and confirm when the replacement unit will be delivered.
