I had bought a NON Android **'TV and once made the payment for installation called the customer Service to check for the technician. Sandip the customer service executive received my call. He was very Impatient. He *st did not hear my issues and started talking. When informed, he heard my issue, but refused to cooperate and hear me out. He hung up on the call by providing me company policy. Is this the way customer care executive should talk to customers? Such impolite, Non courteous, non-cooperative behavior is not appreciated We customers call the Customer care not for the sake but only when there are issues. Cooperation and patient hearing with a probable solution is all that is required. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE I EVER CAME ACROSS
