I had requested for technician assistance from LG customer care to solve issue with my LG OLED TV which has a small vertical line appearing on display. Technician opened the TV but when he tried to restore it has stopped working. Now LG is asking me to replace display as it has been damaged and sent me quotation of **,*** rupees. Although TV was in working condition and the service ticket was raised only to fix a single vertical line appearing on display. As per LG, even though TV broke-down by technician, he was there to assist on a service ticket and LG is not bound to compensate for issues happened during service.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
