Attached is my flight itenary which I booked through Yatra.com long time ago.
PNR - UXVNEW
Bangalore to Chandigarh on **th Feb.
This flight got cancelled some time back about which I got no message. I only got a message that my flight has been rescheduled to following:
Bangalore to mumbai - reaches mumbai at around **:**AM
Mumbai to chandigarh - departs from mumbai at *AM.
Above is a misconnecting flight.
So I contacted Yatra and they raised this issue of misconnection. And then without contacting me via any means, Jet airways re scheduled flight to following:
Bengaluru (**:**) - Delhi (**:**)
Delhi (**:**) - Chandigarh (**:**)
the above is not acceptable as I need to reach Chandigarh by **:AM on **th feb, ****. Jet airways should have contacted me to reschedule. This is harassment and misbehavior. I am also unable to contact Jet airways via call.
I urge you to call me at ********** to resolve this.
