Dear Sir,
I have booked one flight ticket from cleartrip Mobile app on **th jan ****, at the same time I have checked cancellation policy of the company website showed refundable and also airlines fees showed zero. I have cancelled this same ticket from cleartrip mob app website due to some medical reason on **/**/****. But my refund fully charged from cleartrip side. Cleartrip website showed refundable and also airlines fees zero then why didn't give my refund.I need my full refund back .
