Travolook - TravolookTicket cancelled but amount not refunded

I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Guwahati on **rd of August-** for the *th of Oct. My booking was cancelled automatically within a second, I made my payment. I was told I would be refunded in ** working days, It has been more to than one month and my refund has still not happened.I have called them multiple times and they give me the same reply of some working days every single time.
