Booked two flight tickets with above referenced numbers, one from Hyderabad to Thiruchirapalli and another ticket from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. Both the tickets got cancelled from travolook side and the Customer service team informed that the amount will be refunded by next *-** working days, but I haven't received any money till date.Even after dropping out multiple mails to the travolook support team,there is no proper response from them.Even if we call to the support team they are asking the details and wantedly they are keeping the call on hold and not getting back on the call.
