Travolook - Travolook Refund of cancelled ticket not received

I had booked a flight on **th November from Delhi to Kolkata round trip in travolook.in. The ticket got cancelled on the same day but an amount of Rs **** was debited from my account. After repeated reminders I had received a mail in which it's mentioned I would get a refund within ** to ** working days. ** days have already passed and I still didn't get the refund. I want a urgent refund from this company. As per the travolook.in my ticket booking reference number is REF*********. Many complaints against this company I have seen in the net. Kindly prevent this company from doing al these fraud activities.
