Travolook - Travolook Refund not received

I made a booking on *st April from Delhi to Belgaum. It got canceled
due to late payment received(as per customer care).

Since then I have been following up for the refunds. I have made *
calls... Everytime support is asking me to wait for */*/** working
day.

Last week I talked to Khusbu she assured that I will receive my amount
by ** May but still I have not received it.
On **th I called Hritik who is asking me to wait for * days, He
disconnected the call without my consent and resolution.On top of it
after * months he is asking me my mode of payment and bank name. If my
refunds initiated already they must have this info right.

I am not sure what kind of issue you are facing to transfer the
amount. Support ismaking excuses about bank delay, initiation got
canceled etc.

Its been * months followup,* hours of calsl and really frustrating to
call again n again for *k.

They are not willing to transfer to senior or escalate the issue every
time same answer.

Kindly help me getting my amount asap. I cannot wait for * more days.
