Vyankat Chate filed complaint against Travolook on May 15, 2021
Dear team, I had booked my ticket from Pune to Jammu from Travolook, Rupees deducted from account but ticket is not received & when I was called customer care then Travolook team told, due to price hike your ticket not confirmed from Airlines & We will refund your rupees within * working day but still rupees not received, it seems that every one is facing same problem, Travolook intensionally doing this type of problem & hold the rupees without reason. This will not good for Travolook, we will reach utmost level to take back our refund.
Voxya team please help to get refund from Travolook.
