I booked a flight ticket from travolook on **/**/**** from Chennai to Hyderabad. The payment was successful and the money got deducted. After few minutes I got the message that your flight ticket was cancelled and money refund has not issued... Customer care number is not working and nobody is replying to support mails.
Kindly do the needful....
