Travolook - Travolook Refund claim

I booked my ticket on **july **** from Hyderabad to Jabalpur from travolook.in website and my fight got booked on ** July but after ** sec I got a call from there customer executive that my flight got cancelled due to weather problem and I will get your refund back within * day now it is * month and half I didn't receive my refund back till now whenever I call them they tell me the same story that after * days or * days I will get get my refund or there is an issue with the mail and when I call them today they asked me my bank passbook front page copy so that they will send my money back. Please help me with this.
