I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum on *th Feb **** (Travel date *th Feb ****). I got a confirmation they are waiting for the ticket confirmation and deducted the money. However, after ** mins I received a cancellation message from Travolook and mentioned that the refund for the transaction will be completed within * working days.
It's been more than one ** days and I have not received the refund even after multiple follow-ups over call and email. Every time while connecting with their support care number, they will say that it has been initiated and you will get the refund in the next * to * days from that date of calling.
Completely fed up with chasing these people for getting my refund amount. For recent calls they are asking to write a fresh email with the details for receiving the date withing which I will get the refund and they are responding very angry and harsh. Howmuch ever we ask for the update they have the predefined answer that I have to wait for another * to * days. If we ask to sent this information as weamil, they will ask to drop a new email.
