I booked a ticket from Ranchi to Delhi for **-Dec-**** which got cancelled by airlines and Airlines refunded to travolook within a week but since then I have been calling and emailing Travolook customer support only to hear every week that it will be recieved in *-* working days which never happens. They also have send multiple emails that they will refund in *-** working days and it never came.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
