I have booked a round trip from Jaipur to Pune on *th July. They called me within ** minutes and told me that the ticket is not confirmed and the money will be refunded. It is now more than * months since I am following up for my refund. The customer service is always giving me next dates for the refund. The last time when I called, she straight away told me to file the complaint if the money is not returned.
This is really bad for India where such fraud companies are operating openly without any fear of law and justice.
Please help me get my refund and if possible ban this company.
