Suraj Menon filed complaint against Travolook on Aug 3, 2022
I had placed an order at Travolook on July *th. Reference number : REF*********
However after the money was deducted, I got a call saying that the booking was cancelled and refund would be initial in ** hours. It has been ** days and I am yet to receive any communication regarding the refund.
I have sent over ** emails and called there customer care service * times. Every time the reply I get is that the team is working on it OR that it will be refunded in *-* working days , but the refund never comes. Nor are they ready to give any proof that they have initiated a transaction from their side.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
