NAGESWARA RAO NAGIRI filed complaint against TRAVOLOOK on Dec 2, 2021
I have tried to book a flight ticket on nov **,**** from hyderabad to goa through travolook. The airlines name is airasia. The ticket is not booked but the money is debitted from my card. They told that no response from airlines and told we are intiating refund it will get to my account within ** working days. From nov **,**** to dec *,**** till ** working days by removing saturdays and sundays no refund came till now. From past * days they are not responding to my mails also.
