Kotipalli Sowmya filed complaint against Travolook on Sep 14, 2021
I have booked flight tickets on *th July'**** from travolook.in.
They cancelled all the tickets stating that price has been updated while booking the ticket and refund amount will be credited with in * week.
Later they stated that timeline for getting refund is ** working days.
I have been following up with them via calls and emails. Every time when I call they say that refund will be processed in * week. It's been now * months since the date of booking. Claim amount is **k for for below ticket References.

I am now fed up with their responses and reaching out to this forum to seek help. I was shocked to see that there are many such customers who have been cheated by this fraudulent company.
I request to take appropriate action against this company for making business with customers money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
