Travolook - Travolook fraud company Not refunded my air ticket fare which they took and then cancelled my trip

I booked air ticket on *th of March from Bhopal to Mumbai through Travolook website, Company took the payment of Rs **** and then in * minutes time, I got a call from Travolook customer care that due to some issue , booking is cancelled and I will get refund in **-** days.To my surprise, I tried booking through other travel website and my ticket was confirmed. I got suspicious about being cheated by travolook. Hence, searched on internet and came through same story of fraud done by Travolook to many customers.Today its **th April, its more than a month now and I haven't received refund. I called customer service almost *-* times and every time they give a false assurance of money refund in few days.Just now I called them again and they made me to wait for almost ** mins on call( almost every time the company do so) and then said, money is been issued by them but there is delay from Merchant side, I asked them to send me Transaction id on my email but haven't received till now.Please help to get the refund and take strict action against this travel agent ban the company, so that others don't fall prey to them and be spared from getting cheated.
