Kathiravan Ramasamy filed complaint against Orange Travels on May 20, 2023
Passenger asked driver to stop the bus for * minutes due urgency with urine passing. Driver has replied very rude and refused to stop the bus for more than a hour. After other passengers started shouting the bus is stopped. Driving through the night is hard job but they should have some courtesy and humanity.
