Orange Travels - Man handling by bus driver and conductor

I have booked four tickets from Hyderabad to Ballari for ** June **** and pick up point was samsabad near pukka reddy sweet. As I was coming from airport, the cab driver de-board us at samsabad flyover and confirmed us that the bus will pick us from here itself. Then I called the contact number ********** but the person was not ready to listen us and told us to go opposite of pulla reddy sweet. I requested him that I am accompanying my handicapped mother and she can not walk that much distance but he did not listen anything but warned us if you want to board the bus, reach at the place I told. Anyhow slowly slowly we reached opposite to the Pullareddy sweet. Then I called him again and confirmed that we are at place as you told but he said you are on the main road, you come to service road which was again *kms. I bagged him for my mother’s health but did not listen and reached the place where we were stood earlier. Now again my ailing mother forced to walk from G pulla reddy sweet shop to the place from where de-boarded the cab. Now when I asked him the reason for this harassment, the bus driver of Bus no. KA**AC**** Mr. Shabbir Basha ***HD mob no.********** and his associate manhandled with me and misbehaved with my family at **.**AM on **Jun** at Samsabad pickup point. The associate pushed me and I could not balanced myself as holding my * years old kids so fallen down and got scratch in my elbow.

During my life I travelled thousands of kilometres through various mediums but never seen such harassment and manhandling by driver and his associate.
