Orange Travels - Travel is not respond as per schedule

I have booked a travel ticket from the Chandanagar city bus stop to Kaikalur as on **.**.** and reported to the pickup location at **:** pm. Also, one message received from orange travels due to some technical problem today our bus from Hyderabad to Narsapuram (OTT-***)bus got delayed for one hour. I have waited at this pickup point at **:** am and also I have called multiple times to this no ********** and this no is switched off. Also no information from travels after return to home. Attached here is the ticket details:

Seat no: H*
Travels: Orange Travels.
Kindly request you to resolve the complaint and reimbursement the money.
