Booked ticket from visakhapatnam to tirupati . It was ** hours journey , after entering into the bus charging ports were not working and even lights are also not working. We are asking the crew here and they are so harsh and not responding. Old people, children and women was there and they were struggling a lot . They mentioned amenities and ** percentage of was not working. I need atleast ** percentage refund . Useless bus and we are struggling with these kind of issues.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
