I tried to book an air ticket on **th September. The payment was successful but due to some issue the ticket didn't get booked and I received a call regarding same and was told that I'll get the refund within *-* days. It's already been around * months now and I haven't received the refund yet. The same thing happened with my sister too. They're a fraud company, they don't book tickets, they just take the payments and never return back. I have contacted them through mails and calls several times, everytime they say the same thing but they aren't refunding the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
