Yatra.com - Travel company not booking ticket against cancelled ticket of Lockdown

I had booked my return Ticket from Bangluru to Delhi for under Yatra reference no. YT********,
Due to lockdown this flight did not take place.
And on enquiry I had received following email from ur side.

We would like to inform you that your flight with Air India has been cancelled by the airline and the entire amount of original PNR has been protected at full value.
Please know that the rebooking option is available for travel dates till **st December ****. You will also have the option to change the origin and destination of your travel. No rescheduling fee will be charged however, fare difference if any will be applicable.
Once you have finalized your rebooking dates, please reply on the same email with preferred dates, origin, and destination at least ** hours prior to the planned schedule anytime before **st December **** in order to utilize the full protected value of your original ticket.



NOW when I am trying to book my flight ….I am not getting any response…My requirement is as follows;;

It was informed to me that my rebooking options is available till **st December ****. I am now trying to book my flight ticket from Bangalore to New Delhi on **nd Aug ****. I want to book Go Air flight no. G****, morning **:** AM departure from Bangalore and arrival at New Delhi at **:** PM.
Kindly let me know the process to avail my protected amount and help me in getting my flight ticket booked on the mentioned date and time.
Also please let me know in case there is any fare difference.
Kindly get the flight tickets booked as soon as possible.
