I booked an Air ticket from Spice jet through happyfares by *-*-****. I cancelled the ticket by **-**-****. Upon communication to Spice jet customer service they informed INR **** refunded against cancellation. But the travel agent hesitate to refund the amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
