Subodh Kant filed complaint against PayTM on Aug 23, 2017
My name is Subodh Kant. I am a regular Paytm customer. My registered mobile number with Paytm is +**-********** and registered e-mail is subodhkantshukla@gmail.com.
I am writing this regarding a fraudulent transaction happened from my paytm. I made a payment of Rs.** on **th Aug **** to Zameer Mohammad on his paytm +**-**********, and payment happened successfully that day.
But today (**rd Aug ****) at **:**am, I received an e-mail stating that again Rs.** has been transferred to the same recipient (**********). When I checked my paytm balance, it's Rs.** less. I never made this payment, neither I gave my mobile to anyone to use paytm.
I don't know why this happened and who made this transaction.
Below is the screen-shot of the same, which I received in my e-mail, by which I came to know that this fraudulent transaction happened.
It seems to be a fraudulent transaction or paytm technical issue or it's been hacked. It is a very serious issue, because it could effect my other transactions and money as well.
