Today i’ve made a UPI transaction **,***₹ from My hdfc account- via PhonePe app.
Rs *****.** debited from a/c ************** on **-**-** to federalbankrashid@ybl (UPI Ref No ************).
Receiving account was in Federal bank which is also my account, fund is not credited there. Neither received any email not any sms regarding funding credit. I’ve checked with Federal bank branch, fund is not received there ..!!
PhonePe shows successful transaction but i’ve not received the money. As i am both sender and receiver(Both are my accounts) there is no scope of lies& disputes. Pls do needful as always.
Your immediate action highly appreciated to either Refund the ₹ or credit the amount to Federal bank .
