Hope you are doing good.
Could you please help me with the below issue.
Customer support team is not able to resolve my issue from past ** days and iam expecting some response from your end. I clearly mentioned in my email to contact me after * PM and they are not calling me back. Iam available today and team can contact me at any time. Below is the summary of my issue.
I have ordered Green Soul chair on **th October through Flipkart. When iam placing this order I have opted for * months EMI and I thought it will get converted into EMI. After placing this order I didn't get any email from flipkart or my bank stating it's converted. So I have waited for * day and I contacted flipkart for support and they told it will get converted in * days. On Thursday i.e **th October i received message from my bank stating the EMI is not converted because of " Insufficient Retail Outstanding Balance". After getting this message I have contacted my bank and they told it's not the issue from our end it's the issue from Flipkart end.
From that's day I am contacting Flipkart support for help and they are just telling **hrs **hrs but no one is resolving this issue.
Due to this my credit card statement got generated and I need to pay extra amount to my bank.
This is seriously ridiculous and iam calling to Flipkart support and they are also calling me without any resolution.
Request you take immediate action on this and I want some resolution on this.
Request you to call me after * PM tomorrow if you need any additional details.
