I have booked ticket from Vadodara To Kosamba Jn. on *th January,**** having PNR No. **********. But it showed that transaction has failed. Hence I booked once again and got confirmation having PNR No. **********. Then I came to know both tickets have been confirmed. Both times money has deducted from my account.
Your system had showed that failed transaction first time. Hence I had processed further to book second time.
Why am I going to suffer this if there is no mistake by me ? I have requested to cancel one of my booking and refund the ticket money of the same.
They did not cancel the ticket and refund my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
