Google Pay on line Payment mode - TRANSACTION FAILED IN GOOGLE PAY BUT MYMONEY GOT DEBITED FROM MY WALLET AND IT HAS BEEN 21 DAYS STIL

Sir , i have tried to but digital gold from MMTC through Google pay gold vault so I have bought digital gold worth rs *k and in the payment mode I transacted using upi and money got debited from my upi wallet and But in Google pay my travaction got failed and it's mentioned as money will be refunded * -* working days but it has been ** days and still they are not reverting my money back and when I mail them they completely give fake assurance and always telling that they have escalate but very week I have to beg with them for my money and due to this I have also been charged late fee of rs ***/- very day and till this ** days I have been charged late fee from my Wallet for non repayment of money i have lost.
