I have done a transaction on * December **** on
*:**pm of amount **** , the amount has been debited from my account but not received to the other . I have done complaints and call to google pay regarding this issue firstly they have asked to wait for * working day for the refund but nothing happen . Now its been ** days to this matter they are delaying the matter and giving unusual reasons for delay in refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
