I have done a transaction on Flipkart three times on ** July **** for amount ****/- (i.e. ******= Rs. *****) by my Credit Card no..
All of three said transactions were failed and the order was not placed at that moment for each but at the time of bill creation I came to know that you have charged me three times for the failed transaction and the amount of ***** is showing in the bill.
The said transactions were failed and the payment has been deducted from my credit card.I am attaching here screen shot of all the three failed transactions, as well I have confirmed to the Flipkart also that the transactions were failed and they din't get any payment But i am attaching the document where emi clears that Payment has been claimed by Flipkart. so I request you to refund me the deducted amount for incomplete transactions and tell me the status of the transactions.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
